Your Opportunity

As a key leader in our Global Project Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our customer projects across multiple factories.

Your Mission

1. Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee comprehensive project planning and establish clear milestones to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
2. Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and update the physical progress of projects, ensuring alignment with initial cost projections and timelines. Your insights will be crucial in identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all equipment is delivered on time, in full, and meets the highest quality standards compared to agreed timeline of the project.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead the Order Fulfillment Team within the Production Center, fostering collaboration across factories to ensure a seamless execution of customer projects rather than focusing solely on individual equipment pieces.
5. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance project performance metrics, including cost management against the frozen budget, progress tracking against milestones, and achieving On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery at both project and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) stages.

Your Profile

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong background in operational project management and supply chain experience, particularly within technical and international environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving project initiatives focused on cost reduction and quality improvement while effectively managing teams to achieve exceptional results.

A broad understanding of the Beverage Machine Industry is essential, as it will enable you to leverage industry insights to enhance project outcomes. We value agility and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is crucial for clear communication and fostering strong relationships.
