A global leader in food service solutions is seeking a Business Process Owner for their Global Operations Digital Transformation team. This role focuses on implementing digital solutions to enhance Manufacturing Execution, Production Planning, and Material Management processes. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation and possesses strong analytical and communication skills in a diverse cultural environment.

A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

Being part of the Global Operation Digital Transformation team, the Digital Business Process Owner is responsible to implement digital solutions and continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of the Global Operations with focus on Manufacturing Execution, Production Planning and Material Management and Integrated Logistic processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support across the Group the Digital Transformation initiatives process, with focus on convergence form current set-up towards a common ERP system including the Global Operations processes.
  • to optimize workflows using structured methodologies (e.g. WCM / O, Cost Deployment, Lean, Design Thinking, Value Stream Mapping,) in collaboration with Functional System Owners
  • to drive the implementation of digital transformation and the related change management activities
  • act as communication ambassador to foster the Digital Culture in the organization and coordinate Best Practice Sharing with focus on Manufacturing Execution, Production Planning and Material Management and Integrated Logistic processes.
  • proactive with a go-getter mentality focusing on results and sustainable business performance, ready to share her / his knowledge with colleagues and peers
  • strong communications skills and ability to explain and report in a transparent way

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Completed studies in Engineering, Business Management and / or Project Management, data analysis management or related fields
  • knowledge of Manufacturing Execution, Production Planning and Material Management and Integrated Logistic processes and the EPR tool landscape (e.g. JD Edwards; SAP; etc.) gained with 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation or Project Management in complex global companies.
  • proven experience in evaluating, optimizing, and / or digitalizing processes
  • proven capability to interact with all functions in a global organization from shopfloor to C-Level
  • demonstrated ability to lead change and execute business improvement projects in a large-scale global matrix organization
  • ability to operate with Agile method (e.g. Design Thinking, Scrum, Value Stream Mapping) will represent a plus
  • excellent PC skills (MS Tool Suite incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams,)
  • Available to travel globally and open to adapt with different cultures
  • Required languages : advanced English
