You will implement Lean Manufacturing principles and Professional Maintenance methodologies, fostering operational excellence across industrial functions. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Engineering and over 10 years of experience in relevant fields. Fluency in English and a willingness to travel are required.

For our important client operating in a Food & Consumer Goods sector we are looking for

Global Industrial Excellence & Professional Maintenance Expert

You will drive the deployment of Lean Manufacturing / WCM principles and Professional Maintenance (PM) methodologies.

Acting as a change agent, you will foster a culture of operational excellence, coordinate best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives across industrial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and standardize Professional Maintenance methodologies, training materials, KPIs, and targets.
• Coach plant teams and leverage the "train-the-trainer" approach to ensure PM adoption.
• Monitor local initiatives, audits, andperformance to improve Overall Asset Effectiveness (OAE).
• Collaborate with Industrial & Supply Chain departments to ensure alignment of strategies and practices.
• Assess and validate PM maturity at plant level through audits and assessments.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing / WCM / TPM, with expertise in PM.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and implement global programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel (~50% of the time).
