Job Title: CTI Expert (Genesys Cloud CX)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions on Genesys Cloud.
  • Design reception flows and routing logic for multichannel interactions (voice, messaging, video, etc.).
  • Implement real-time dashboards and historical reports.
  • Integrate with third-party systems (CRM, TTS, voice/chat bots, etc.).

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in implementing contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud CX technology.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM disciplines.
  • Participation in international projects.
  • Knowledge of major cloud infrastructures (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) is a plus.
