We are supporting the appointment of a General Manager for an established FMCG manufacturing business in Italy . This is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership , reporting at regional leadership level.

The role will lead a sizeable Italian operation, with responsibility for driving commercial growth, profitability, and organisational performance across branded, private label, and foodservice channels.

The Role

• Full ownership of P&L and business performance in Italy
• Define and execute commercial and growth strategy across multiple channels
• Lead sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain functions
• Identify and develop new markets and channels , including foodservice
• Act as the senior leader for the Italian business, aligning local execution with group objectives
• Inspire and develop a long-tenured organisation through strong leadership and communication

The Profile

• Senior FMCG leader with proven P&L ownership (GM, MD, Country Manager, BU Director or similar)
• Strong commercial background , ideally within food manufacturing
• Exposure to retail, private label, and/or foodservice environments
• Solid understanding of operations and supply chain
• Able to operate effectively in matrix and entrepreneurial environments
• Based in Naples
