Competenze

In the 2026 season we would like to expand the reception team at Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel in Venice, and therefore we are looking for a Front Office Agent and a Front Office Agent on a rotating shift (two night shifts per week, replacing the Night Supervisor). These are full‑time positions from early April to late September 2026.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for luxury hospitality and a propensity to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, demonstrating attentiveness, courtesy, and proactivity at all times.

Key responsibilities include welcoming arriving guests, registering and preparing keys, escorting and rooming, responding to requests (and anticipating them where possible), handling complaints, coordinating and communicating appropriately with all departments, adhering to LQA standards and internal procedures, recording preferences and posting any charges, and checking and processing transactions with guests.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a 4* or 5* hotel environment, preferably 2‑3 years in the same role.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French considered a preference.
  • Good communication and active listening skills, empathy, and teamwork ability.
  • Knowledge of LQA standards is a plus.
  • Must possess the documents required to work in Italy at the time of application.
