Seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead and ensure the effective delivery of our Individualised Funding (IF) & Flexible Disability (FDS).

Since 1997, Florence Nightingale Agency has been dedicated to helping people live the way they choose — at home and in their community. Our team of office staff and support workers provide quality, proactive, and friendly services that make a real difference.

We now have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Flexible Support Unit, which empowers disabled people and their families to have greater choice and control over the care they receive and how it is delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the ongoing operations of the IF & FDS Unit
  • Ensure effective end-to-end service delivery that meets contractual goals
  • Build strong knowledge of IF & FDS, including contractual obligations, service provision, purchasing guidelines, and the Enabling Good Lives Principles
  • Drive growth and business development by expanding services to reach more people living with disability, identifying opportunities to innovate, and ensuring our support evolves to meet future needs
