Junior Financial Controller - MEA Region

Remote type: Hybrid | Location: Montecchio Maggiore (VI) | Full time

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Budgeting – Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for MEA commercial operations; Support the annual budgeting process with inputs from commercial teams; Maintain and update financial models to reflect changing business dynamics.
• Sales & Orders Flash Reporting – Coordinate and compile weekly Sales and Orders Flash reports and load in OneStream; analyze variances vs. forecast and prior periods, providing commentary and actionable insights; ensure timely and accurate data submission across MEA markets.
• Performance Analysis – Monitor KPIs across MEA commercial segments; help prepare dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• System & Process Support – Utilize OneStream for financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis; ensure data integrity and consistency across systems; support process improvements and automation initiatives within FP&A.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Support MEA FP&A Manager partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business drivers; assist Senior FP&A Analyst in preparing presentations for leadership reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with at least 2 years of experience or equivalent work experience providing exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
• Proficiency in building models to forecast financial outcomes.
• Knowledge of financial software and systems, such as Excel, Power BI, OneStream (optional).
• Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
