Une entreprise multinationale de premier plan dans le secteur de la santé cherche un Analyste Financier expérimenté. Ce rôle clé offre l'opportunité d'influencer les décisions stratégiques tout en collaborant avec plusieurs départements. Le poste est basé à Rome avec un modèle de travail hybride, permettant 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.

Competenze

• Expérience de plus de 10 ans dans un rôle similaire.

Offerta

• Financial Analysis & Reporting - Producing reports (MBR) and pprovide analytical review of the business at brand, customer, channel level, but also on G2N and A&P level
• Strategic Decision Support - Work with business teams to deliver P&L and DWC targets for Italy / Greece, offering insights to influence decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting - Assisting in financial planning, including budgets (Plan) and forecasts (Flex and rolling forecast).
• Performance Monitoring - Tracking business, ensuring key financial targets are met, evaluate risks and opportunities (R&O). Help to manage the R&Os and put in action plans to action/mitigate to R&O.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Building strong relationships with different departments to align financial goals with business objectives and be an ambassador driving self-service PBI (EDW) reporting

Competenze ed esperienza

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar
• 10+ years' experience in Finance role, FP&A or similar
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Must also possess strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to develop and maintain peer relationships and possess high standards of accuracy and precision
• Experience in a large corporate environment
• IT literate: ERP, expert Excel, BI tools
• Language: English + Italian
