A multinational lifestyle hospitality group is seeking a Financial Controller for its F&B outlets in Italy. The successful candidate will oversee accounting operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with local accounting principles and IFRS. Responsibilities include leading the monthly accounting close process and collaborating with management to provide valuable financial insights. Strong communication skills in both Italian and English, along with advanced Excel, are essential for this role. Experience with Navision and SAP is preferred.

We are looking for a Financial Controller for our F&B outlets (restaurants) across two hospitality destinations in Milan : Palazzo Cordusio and Torre Velasca . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations across multiple locations. Supports financial and operational accounting activities, including monthly closing, balance sheet preparation, cash flow statements, flash reporting, cash management, costing, and budgeting

Leads the monthly accounting close process for multiple entities

Drives the digitalization of accounting processes

Collaborates directly with the General Manager and Director of Operations to enhance financial awareness and provide actionable financial insights

Strong communication skills in both Italian and professional-level English

Solid knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and related tools

Knowledge of local accounting principles and IFRS

Navision, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
