A leading engineering company in Italy is seeking a Field Service professional to diagnose technical issues related to Foundation Equipment. You will work directly with customers, perform assembly and wiring of electrical systems, and conduct product training. A Technical Diploma and at least 3 years of experience are required. Strong communication skills and a good command of English (B2) are essential. Willingness to travel internationally is necessary.

Soilmec SpA is looking for:

Field Service
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to Foundation Equipment
  • Hydraulic, hardware, software and communication interfaces issues
  • Work with customers to understand technical issues and offer solutions to meet their needs effectively
  • Assembling, assembling, and wiring on-board electrical systems, switchboards electrical panels, and related shunts.
  • Verifying, through the use of tools such as heads and multimeters, the correctness of assembly.
  • Assembly of mechanical and hydraulic components.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design engineering, product management and quality control, to solve complex technical problems and provide feedback on product improvement.
  • Conduct product training for customers and service partners to improve their understanding and problem-solving skills.
  • Make accurate records of customer interactions, technical problems and solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Technical Diploma (industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronic)
  • Knowledge of mechanical/oleodynamic and electrical/electrotechnical drawing
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring and precision equipment
  • Knowledge of PLC programming systems
  • Knowledge of measuring instruments: testers, multimeters and others
  • Knowledge of measurements of screws, bolts, threads and hydraulic fittings
  • Knowledge of measuring instrumentation (meter, gauge)
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar role.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other areas of the company.
  • Customer orientation and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for technical customer support.
