A leading technology firm in Italy is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional support and technical assistance. This role includes conducting maintenance and installation visits, collaborating with R&D on customer issues, and acting as a key contact for spare parts. The successful candidate will be a problem-solver with a mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic background, fluent in English, and proficient in relevant software. Competenze

  • Team player with strong coordination skills.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to solve problems and possess strong technical understanding.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish and French are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Navision and Microsoft Office is essential.

  • Provide helpdesk support and remote problem solving.
  • Identify and recommend spare parts to customers.
