A medical technology company seeks a Field Service Engineer to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on customer instrumentation. The role requires problem-solving skills, a background in Electronics/Engineering, and fluency in both Italian and English. Do you like solving problems? Are you customer focused? Do you enjoy variety? Whether a routine maintenance call or troubleshooting a problem and finding solutions, our Field Service Engineers play a leading role in supporting the onsite technical needs of Epredia customers. In this highly autonomous role, you will spend most of your time with the customer, travelling up to 5 days a week in your assigned territory. No day or week will look the same, and your work will directly impact patient outcomes.
