A leading service firm is looking for a Field Service Coordinator to manage the coordination of service engineers and back-office activities for customers in Western Europe. The successful candidate will handle job bookings, service orders in Salesforce & SAP, invoicing, and timesheet management. This position offers an opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic service environment based in Italy or other locations in Europe.

  • Ensure planning board is updated with live current data.
  • File all information regarding dockings/jobs correctly.

  • Manage invoicing and billing.
  • Manage weekly timesheets from FSEs and ensure correct information for finance.

We are now looking for a

Field Service Coordinator SLS West Europe

The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Spain, but also Italy & Greece are possible locations.

Overview

The Field Service Coordinator SLS West Europe is part of the team that primarily coordinates the service engineers whilst also managing the many varied back‑office activities in our FS Team 1, which covers our customers in Western Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership from the job booking stage and organizing the attendance of FS Engineers, managing the internal and external stakeholders from inception of the jobs through to final invoice and closure of the activities.

This position will report to the Team 1 FS manager.

Responsibilities
  • The co‑ordination of work from 'engineer request' and throughout the resulting job / work orders
  • Creating job packs for Field Service Engineers
  • Creating service orders in Salesforce & SAP
  • Ensuring 'planning board' is updated with live current data
  • Ensuring all information regarding dockings / jobs are received and filed correctly
  • Credits & Debits processes
  • Invoicing & billing
  • Managing weekly timesheets from FSE's & wages to ensure internal finance & payroll teams have correct information on time for salary
