A leading international client is seeking an experienced Export Sales Area Manager based in North Italy to expand its presence in the MENA region. This role requires proven experience in managing sales teams and distributor relationships. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, possess excellent negotiation skills, and demonstrate fluency in English and French. A proactive approach and cultural sensitivity towards the MENA region are essential. This full-time position involves strategic account planning and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Our client is looking for an Export Sales Area Manager to oversee and grow its presence in the Middle East and North Africa.
Based out of North Italy, you will lead and coordinate sales activity, managing a small regional sales team and a large distribution network and selling primarily to commercial and residential building services, industrial markets and agriculture across the region. You will drive strategic account planning, undertake structured and effective visits alongside regular contact with key customers and distributors, and manage negotiations at all levels. You will collaborate in defining the market strategy within a matrix organisation involving multiple internal stakeholders and identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
