A multi-asset trading platform is looking for a country manager to lead business in the EU region from scratch. This role involves developing partnerships, driving business growth, and managing key metrics. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills in English and Italian, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The position offers uncapped commission and significant influence in a global setting.

Competenze

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients.
  • Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain long-term relationships and manage high-frequency partner interactions.
  • Good command of English and Italian for business communication (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus).
  • High resilience and emotional stability under pressure and rejection.
  • Established IB, affiliate, KOL, or trading community resources that can contribute immediately.
  • Experience in CFD, FX, Crypto, or Online Trading industries, or personal experience using trading platforms.
  • Strong hunter mindset: bonus-driven, results-oriented, and committed to ND growth.

Mansioni

  • Build and lead the company's business in the EU region from scratch.
  • Develop market entry strategies and establish key partnerships.
  • Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND).
  • Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle including prospecting and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.
  • Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content and initiatives.
