The ideal candidate will ensure operational standards are met, maintain financial records, and foster positive relationships with House Owners and team members. • At least 5 years previous experience in houses management in a dynamic environment.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian (C1 level).

• Create monthly financial reports for property owners.
