A leading energy solutions provider in Treviso is seeking an ESS Technical Solution Engineer to collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas projects. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with clients to design ESS solutions, identify risks, and maintain strong client relationships. A Bachelor's degree in renewable energy or related fields and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in energy projects preferred.
• Familiarity with renewable energy power systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
• Experience in microgrid energy storage system development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
• Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs; prepare bidding documents.
• Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
• Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
• Analyze local market requirements and develop competitive product demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical, automation, or related fields.
• Familiarity with renewable energy power systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
• Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiarity with grid-forming PCS technology.
• Knowledge of energy storage project development processes in overseas regions.
• At least 3 years of experience in energy projects (storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.) preferred.
• Proficiency in reading English technical specifications and papers; strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Excellent user needs analysis and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
