A transportation and logistics company in Lazio, Italy, is seeking a Head of Equipment & Maintenance to govern terminal equipment and technical assets. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage maintenance frameworks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Requirements include a relevant Bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of experience in heavy industry, and strong leadership capabilities. Fluency in Italian and English is essential. This position offers a full-time contract and reports directly to the COO.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years' experience in port, logistics, or heavy industrial maintenance environments.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing multidisciplinary technical teams and outsourced service providers.
• Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).

Mansioni

• Define and implement terminal equipment strategy covering lifecycle management.
• Establish preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and ISO standards.
• Lead technical incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Act as primary interface with stakeholders such as COO and HHLA management.
