EPC Technical Director – Italy

We are pleased to be recruiting for an EPC Technical Director to be based in Italy, supporting our client who are partnered with a well‑established EPC to support the engineering and construction of various utility scale Solar Projects based around Italy.

• Location: remote/flexible – regular travel expected to company head office and project sites.

Responsibilities

• The EPC Technical Director role in Italy is a pivotal position within the renewable energy sector, focusing on the technical execution of solar PV projects and the management of EPC services.
• Candidates are expected to have a strong background in renewable energy, particularly solar PV, and to possess expertise in engineering design, procurement, construction management, and project execution.
• The role involves collaborating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to optimise project designs and implementation strategies, as well as defining and implementing quality control processes.

Experience Required

• Ideally you have an Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering or other.
• Demonstrable experience in EPC companies and construction renewables projects (Solar) – any BESS experience is a plus.
• Italian and English knowledge is required.
