The Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Programs Specialist who will lead programs dedicated to students with entrepreneurial ambitions or interested in pursuing a freelance career, helping to transform innovative ideas into sustainable and valuable initiatives. The selected professional will design, implement, and manage the Startup Journey programs (from Idea Generation to the Scaling Phase) and Freelancing programs, with the goal of supporting students in transforming their ideas into sustainable entrepreneurial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development & Management
  • Design, manage, and monitor Innovation Lifecycle and Freelancing programs, ensuring a structured and high-impact learning path for students.
  • Provide direct support through mentorship, coaching, and tailored advisory for idea validation and project development.
  • Networking & Ecosystem Building
  • Organize events, pitch sessions, and networking activities to connect students with mentors, investors, incubators, and key startup ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Partnership Development
  • Create and strengthen strategic collaborations with organizations, companies, and institutions to support entrepreneurship programs.
  • Trend Analysis & Innovation
  • Continuously monitor startup and freelancing ecosystem trends, introducing best practices and innovative tools into the programs.
  • Collaborate with other School Departments to integrate entrepreneurial programs into the overall educational offer and reinforce the School’s positioning.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience
  • 2+ years in project management, startup incubation/acceleration management, entrepreneurial consultancy, or similar roles within the innovation ecosystem.
  • Skills
  • Direct experience or strong knowledge of startup, freelancing, and self-employment dynamics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including in international settings, with diverse stakeholders (students, mentors, investors, academic board).
  • Ability to develop high-value partnerships and collaborations.
  • Proactivity, innovative mindset, and strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Education
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Management, Innovation, or related fields. Direct entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.
  • Languages
  • Fluent Italian; English C1 level or higher.
What we offer

Initial fixed-term contract (CCNL Aninsei), with the possibility of renewal.
