Overview

The Enterprise Architect, in Avanade Client Solutions organization, helps clients build solutions for the entire organization to effectively leverage the Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem, while preserving investments and integrate strategically the client’s products portfolio. The goal of this role is to strategize and execute the optimal way for innovation and realize business outcomes, with a strong Industry focus, in this case the Public Sector, especially the main Local PS customers, to increase Avanade ability to sell relevant deals. The role brings relevant offerings to our business and technology solutions for our clients and focuses on the roots of architectural issues within an organization to define the best architectural approach to ensure our clients are prepared to address current initiatives whilst considering future growth and prospective strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implementazione delle best practice: collaborerai con i team di sviluppo per garantire che le applicazioni seguano le best practice a livello di sviluppo sicuro del codice. Ciò può includere l’implementazione di controlli di accesso, la gestione delle sessioni utente, la crittografia dei dati e altre misure di protezione.
• Analisi delle vulnerabilità: collaborerai con i team di sviluppo per identificare e risolvere le vulnerabilità di sicurezza all’interno delle applicazioni. Questo può includere l’analisi del codice sorgente, la ricerca di potenziali falle e la valutazione dei rischi.
• Test di sicurezza: verrai coinvolto nell’esecuzione di test di sicurezza, come penetration test o analisi statica e dinamica del codice con l’obiettivo di individuare e correggere eventuali problemi di sicurezza
• Formazione e sensibilizzazione: questo ruolo coinvolge anche la formazione degli sviluppatori e degli stakeholder sull’importanza della sicurezza delle applicazioni e su come mitigare i rischi.
• Gestione del team: coordinerai risorse junior per attività di application security su diversi clienti

Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT Enterprise Architecture positions from a top management or IT professional services firm, with experience managing projects, budgets, and teams.
• Substantial experience within the Public Sector, especially in the Local Public Sector customers, with the ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry-specific processes, regulations, and technological requirements.
• Expertise in delivering and leading Enterprise Architecture programs, driving and supporting the Digital Transformation of customers.
• Extensive experience selling large IT Enterprise Architecture programs and proposals to lead the origination initiatives.

Other desired skills include:

• Demonstrated experience interfacing with executive level clients, particularly the Local Public Sector ones, assessing their goals and objectives and the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solution recommendations.
• Experience of shaping and developing people capabilities in a highly matrixed environment.
• Senior ity to coordinate and integrate solution specialists and technical solution architects to qualify, influence, orchestrate and determine the best shaping of a complete solution for the customer context.
• Knowledge of C365 and methodologies (e.g. TOGAF/Archimate, SCRUM, Prince2)
