We are seeking a dedicated Italian and English-Speaking Customer Support Agent to represent world-leading brands across diverse fast-paced industries including Tech Travel Automotive and Social Media .

Your Role and Responsibilities :
  • Multilingual Expertise : Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers providing friendly effective and professional support via phone email and chat.
  • Problem Solver : Efficiently resolve customer issues provide accurate information and troubleshoot product / service inquiries across multiple industry platforms.
  • Brand Advocate : Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction building positive relationships that reflect positively on our international clients.
  • Documentation : Accurately record customer interactions and solutions using our CRM and internal systems.

Minimum Requirements :
  • Language Skills : Italian : C1 / C2 level (fluent / native-level written and verbal communication).
