We’re looking for an Engineering Team Lead to drive one of our flagship products: PredictSpark - an AI‑powered predictive marketing campaign platform that helps automotive brands anticipate customer behavior and deliver smarter, high‑impact campaigns.

You’ll be a hands‑on technical leader, a mentor, and a problem‑solver with a solution‑first mindset. You’ll guide your team through complex challenges while embracing AI as a core part of how we build, think, and deliver.

• Promote modern software development best practices, clean architecture, and agile methodologies.
• Encourage pragmatic decision‑making with a "solution first" approach.
• Help push our AI‑first culture forward - we already use AI extensively, and you’ll help shape what’s next.
• Ensure AI is thoughtfully embedded into workflows, features, and engineering practices.
• Continuously assess team performance, processes, and delivery, using feedback and data to improve how we work.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership experience leading engineering teams in fast‑paced, product‑driven environments.
• Strong backend expertise, especially with PHP (Symfony).
• Frontend awareness, with practical experience or solid understanding of Vue.js, jQuery, or similar frameworks.
• Data fluency, across both relational and non‑relational databases.
• Architectural strength, including design patterns, scalability, and maintainability.
• DevOps mindset, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
