The opportunity and your responsibilities:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join the Energy Law team, where, with the support of experienced professionals, you will have the opportunity to work on:

• Energy & Efficiency projects;
• Providing daily non-litigious assistance to various market stakeholders (producers, developers, funds, multi-utilities, traders, corporations, etc.) on regulatory and permitting aspects, as well as drafting and negotiating typical sector contracts (EPC, O&M, asset management, tolling agreement, PPA, Energy Service, etc);
• Supporting clients in energy transition and digitalization initiatives, including recent developments (CER, MACSE, FER X, etc.), focusing on energy efficiency and consumption reduction;
• Assisting clients in extraordinary operations (M&A buy-side and sell-side) and corporate reorganizations.

The skills we are looking for:

• 4-5 years of post-admission experience in the energy & efficiency legal sector;
• Familiarity with sector-specific contracts;
• Curiosity and interest in regulatory updates of the national energy market;
• Excellent knowledge of English and legal English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
