A renowned international brand is seeking an EMEA HR Legal & Admin Coordinator to ensure compliance with labor laws and manage legal HR issues. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting employment documentation, and supporting administrative activities. The ideal candidate has a Law degree and at least 3 years of experience in labor law, preferably in retail corporate environments. This role offers a dynamic atmosphere and opportunities for professional growth.
We are looking for an EMEA HR Legal & Admin Coordinator who will join our HR department in Milan office as direct report of the HR Director.
The candidate will be responsible for managing legal aspects related to human resources, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the company in the correct application of labor laws, for EMEA Region. S / he will collaborate with the HR team to provide legal advice on employment law, contractual matters, and disciplinary issues. The candidate will also support administrative activities.
