Our mission :

Agade was born to improve the quality of life of workers who perform manual fatiguing tasks in manufacturing, logistics and retailing fields. In many industries, workers must manually handle heavy weights, and this takes a toll on their health and on their quality of life. To fulfil this mission, we created AGADEXO, an innovative active exoskeleton for injury prevention and force augmentation that can be applied in multiple industrial fields.

Your role :

We looking for an Embedded System Engineer passionate about building high-tech products from concept to deployment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and take ownership of the electronics and firmware architecture.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the complete electronics and firmware architecture
• Developing new features for wearable devices, writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Debugging prototypes and improving product reliability through bug fixes and code refactoring.
• Exploring new technologies and proposing innovative solutions to enhance our products.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Automation or similar technical field of study.
• 3+ years of experience in embedded system programming within a relevant industry.
• Excellent programming skills of C / C++ languages and all-around knowledge of RTOS (FreeRTOS / Zephyr).
• Advanced knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. RS485, SPI, I2C, BLE, CAN) and RF peripherals (e.g. BLE, NFC, LTE-M, and NB-IoT).
• Hands‑on lab skills : soldering, hardware rework, and use of instrumentation.
• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting, testing, or integration tasks.
• A proactive mindset, independence, and curiosity for hardware, software, and UX.

Bonus (not mandatory)

Familiarity with IoT devices and Azure cloud framework.
