A thermal comfort technology company in Italy is looking for an Electronics Hardware R&D Engineer. You will design electronic control boards and ensure high-performance product development. Ideal candidates have a Master's in Engineering, a few years of experience, and strong team collaboration. The position offers smart working options with two days a week remote.

Job description:

As Electronics Hardware R&D Engineer, you will be in charge of the design of electronic control boards applied to thermal comfort products.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

• Develop high quality and high-performance electronic products based on the market request and following internal procedure
• Define and validate components or alternative p/n
• Manage design documentation for external suppliers
• Contribute in the products’ value proposition by introducing new technologies or solutions
• Cooperate with other team member to perform feasibility analysis for new product design and to improve products’ performance
• Project management for time, cost and quality

Candidate profile:

• Master’s Degree in Electronic or Automation Engineering
• Previous experience (1/2 years) in the role is preferred
• Knowledge of electronic circuit design, components and failure analysis
• Knowledge of simulator tools and EMC
• Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines
• Problem solving and team working attitude
• Fluent English

Work location: Arcevia (AN), with 2 days of smart working/week
