A leading organization in the tissue & hygiene industry is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Offanengo, Italy, to manage high complexity projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and knowledge of electrical systems, with responsibilities including customization of machinery and technical support. Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or similar fields.
• Good knowledge of electric circuits/components and IEC symbols.
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuit/panel design (preferably using electrical CAD EPLAN).
• Understanding of major electrical standards/directives related to electrical assembly.
• Knowledge of safety requirements related standards/directives.
• Competence in electric calculations for dimensioning and equipment selection.
• Basic knowledge of electric calculations/verifications for fault-impedance and short-circuit breaking capabilities.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).

About the Role

The candidate, reporting to the Electrical Engineering Supervisor, will be involved in high complexity projects.

He/She will be in charge of:

1. Ensuring the design and implementation of electrical systems to expand offerings and meet new market requirements, respecting cost, time, quality standards, and KPIs.
2. Supporting machine and control unit customization based on customer requirements, technological developments, and planning constraints.
3. Managing and coordinating complex projects related to systems and machinery, supervising electrical design activities, and ensuring compliance with standards, timelines, and objectives.
4. Providing technical support within and outside the Engineering Department, sharing internal know-how, monitoring technological evolution, and conducting feasibility studies.
5. Ensuring proper configuration of electrical systems while minimizing inventory obsolescence.

The position will be based in Offanengo (CR), Italy.

What you need to be successful

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or similar fields.
2. Good knowledge of electric circuits/components, IEC symbols, and representation.
3. Basic knowledge of electrical circuit/panel design (preferably using electrical CAD EPLAN).
4. Understanding of major electrical standards/directives related to electrical assembly (e.g., EN60439-1).
5. Knowledge of standards/directives related to safety requirements (e.g., EN62061).
6. Competence in electric calculations for dimensioning and equipment selection (cables, wires, protections).
7. Basic knowledge of electric calculations/verifications for fault-impedance and short-circuit breaking capabilities.
8. Optional but preferred: knowledge of pneumatics circuit functionality and dimensioning.
9. Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
10. Passion for technological aspects.
11. Proficiency with main IT tools (PLM, ERP, Office365).
