Job Description

The internship position within the Property Management team will support operational activities in coordination with administrative functions related to property management. The intern will work alongside Senior Property Managers in document collection, handling tenant requests, monitoring suppliers and both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work, while updating company databases. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity are required.

The internship includes a structured training path with initial onboarding on internal procedures, basic real estate regulations, and the use of management software. The intern will follow a progressive shadowing program covering site inspections, analysis of works and related management costs, and reporting activities. By the end of the internship, they will be able to manage property management operations with growing autonomy.
