A leading eyewear company is seeking an E-Commerce Calendar Specialist in Milan. This role involves managing online activities and planning for e-commerce promotions and brand campaigns. Your role

As E-commerce Calendar Specialist you are responsible for managing the online activities planning and execution for the websites and the Amazon shop‑in‑shop managed. These activities include e‑commerce promotions, brand campaigns, product launches, and more.

Main Responsibilities
  • Own overall online marketing calendar for the brands managed in constant alignment with the business team
  • Liaise with Global functions such as Marketing, Product Team, and Social Media for integrated marketing initiatives
  • Partner with the CRM team to plan and deliver customer retention and loyalty strategies and to monitor results
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Kick‑off project overview plans with cross‑functional teams.
  • Implementation of the promo and campaign on the websites and on the Shop in Shop (promo set up, content uploads, testing)
  • Ensure on‑time and qualitative execution of the marketing calendar, partnering with the content team.
  • Stick to the banner pillars and products in the definition of the calendar activities.
  • Partner with all the channels to plan and deliver customer plans and strategies.
Main Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital or e‑commerce teams.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and analyze financial/ business data
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to work under deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively report on campaign performance and lessons learned from completed initiatives
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Plus is a plus.
