Baccarat Hotel Rome is due to open at the end of 2026 and will be Baccarat’s first hotel in Europe. We are seeking a commercially driven Director of Sales & Marketing with a strong bias to sales leadership—someone who can open a new market for the brand, build the sales engine from day one, and convert relationships into meaningful, measurable business through opening and beyond.
This is a hands‑on, build‑and‑deliver role. You will establish Baccarat’s sales presence in Rome and across key feeder markets, create the account strategy, set targets and cadence, and build the team, tools, and routines needed to drive performance. Marketing will support the sales plan, but success in this role is defined by pipeline creation, account penetration, production, and pace.
