We are looking for an Apprentice in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings area who will be trained in 2 years as Digital Service Platform Professional.

Our Challenge

Some of your main activities will be :

• Supporting Building X technical and process flow issues
• Coordinating local rollouts of new products / service
• Localizing technical documentation
• Collecting market requirements
• Constantly observing relevant competitors\' product(s), solution(s) and / or service(s).
• Driving local standardizations
• Potentially acting as technical support internal / external during the service / system range lifetime, accompanied by your tutor.

Required entry qualifications

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
• You are fresh graduate in Engineering, or you have a technical background (Diploma or ITS)
• Previous technical or commercial experience as an intern is a plus
• Openness to think about product value selling (Negotiating and closing deals by emphasizing the value for the customers)
• Receptiveness to acquire and use knowledge about digitalization trends and always stay updated with them.
• Openness to know and apply binding standards and regulations
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Eligibility to work in Italy
