Purpose of Job:The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across content marketing, web and SEO performance, marketing automation, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
This role is responsible for developing and executing digital content strategies across multiple channels—including websites, social media, email/marketing automation, and search engines such as Google. The Specialist oversees website functionality and content strategy to ensure alignment with HAS and its go-to-market brands (Biolchim, Miller, Cifo, Ilsa, etc.), maintaining brand consistency and driving user engagement to generate qualified leads.
In addition, the Digital Marketing Specialist manages email marketing initiatives and marketing automation workflows, contributing to the broader Marketing Communications strategy. The role also includes social listening, coordination (including through external agencies), moderation, user engagement, and response management across digital channels. Any critical issues are escalated to appropriate internal stakeholders.
