A prestigious yacht management company is seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a busy private/charter vessel in the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience on yachts over 30m and hold relevant certifications. This permanent role offers competitive salary in Euros, with an anticipated busy summer season. Crew will undergo winter refit in Italy/France before the charter season begins.

Deckhand – 30m Private/Charter M/Y

Exciting opportunity for an experienced deckhand to join a new team and owner, on a busy private/charter vessel. The yacht will spend the winter in the yard for a refit before heading into a busy summer season in the Med, with 4-5 charters expected per summer.

Start: 26th November (ideally)

Itinerary: Single Med season, Winter base Italy/France

Package: Salary in Euros/ Permanent position

Experience / Skills required:

• 2 years’ experience as a deckhand on yachts 30m+
• Experience driving 10m+ chase boats
• Dynamic, energetic, with a positive attitude
• Charter experience a plus
• Team player who is willing to assist in other departments as needed

Qualifications required:

• Yacht Master Offshore
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Seaman's Discharge Book
