Key Job Responsibilities
  • 7x24 roster duty in data center operations
  • Incident first responder and onsite hands‑on support
  • Break‑fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline
  • Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline
  • Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline
  • Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas
  • Innovate and contribute from day‑to‑day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency

Basic Qualifications
  • Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Chinese
  • 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting.
  • Sound understanding on incidents response and prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data center engineering or operations
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery
  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts
  • Knowledge of process improvement, ideally including Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma
  • Understanding of data center safety and security environment.
