About the job

Support the operational and technical management of the company’s IT systems with focus on cybersecurity.

Main responsibilities
  • Monitoring system performance and managing continuous improvement initiatives, including cybersecurity risk mitigation.
  • Support operational and technical management of the company’s IT systems, with a focus on infrastructure and critical services (NIS2/PSNC compliance).
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system efficiency, cybersecurity and evolution.
  • Coordination of development and maintenance activities for local application and main corporate platforms.
Main activities
  • Assessment and gap analysis activities on the requirements and provisions set forth by the cybersecurity legislation.
  • Support in the implementation of cybersecurity best practices, including the definition and implementation of security measures, vulnerability assessment, updating of company processes and procedures and cybersecurity incident response.
  • Coordination of project activities related to the development and evolution for local applications and main corporate platforms.
  • Supervision of testing, release and post go-live support activities for software solutions.
  • Gathering and analysis of functional and technical requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and basic cybersecurity legislation.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a technical operational role within an IT / Cybersecurity department or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of complex IT environments and critical infrastructures, preferably in infrastructure operator contexts (e.g. energy, transport, telecommunications).
  • Education: Degree in engineering, scientific disciplines, or equivalent fields.
Preferred
  • Master’s degree in ICT, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management methodologies.
  • Experience working in international environments.
Soft skills
  • Deep ability to relate to others, adapt, learn quickly, work in a team, flexibility and problem solving skills
