Cybersecurity Engineer

Turin Tech, an engineering company that develops both internal projects and collaborations with major players in the industrial sector—mainly Automotive, Marine, Aerospace and Machinery—is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer.

The selected candidate will work on an internal R&D project focused on the design and development of an innovative tool for conducting penetration tests for the automotive industry, aimed at enhancing the security assessment capabilities of next‑generation vehicles and ECU.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and assessing vulnerabilities in electronic systems and vehicle networks.
  • Designing and developing security strategies and solutions to protect embedded systems and vehicle‑to‑vehicle (V2V) and vehicle‑to‑infrastructure (V2I) communications.
  • Defining security policies and procedures in compliance with automotive standards (ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155/R156).
  • Conducting security tests, penetration testing activities, and periodic audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • Familiarity with penetration testing tools, threat analysis, and embedded system security.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and industry‑specific regulations (ISO 21434, UNECE R155/R156, AUTOSAR, TARA).
  • Experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in the automotive sector, which will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of Italian and English languages (B2).
