A leading technical support company in Italy is seeking a CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT to handle requests and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve providing clear instructions, developing problem-solving procedures, and working closely with the technical team. Candidates should have a diploma in Electronics or Aeronautics, experience in support roles, and fluency in both Italian and English. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Competenze

  • Diploma in Electronics or Aeronautics is required.
  • Experience in support or customer care roles is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of IT tools and ticketing software.

What will your role be?

  • Respond to requests via phone, email, or chat using the appropriate tools.
  • Resolve first-level issues walkaround and provide clear instructions.
  • Develop ad hoc procedures for problem solving according to customer needs.
  • Record reports in the internal system.
  • Promptly report complex issues to the technical team.
What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies
  • Diploma in Electronics or Aeronautics.
  • Experience in support or customer care roles (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of IT tools and ticketing software.
Soft skills :
  • Problem-solving and stress management skills.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Languages :
  • Italian (Fluent)
  • English (fluent, oral and written)
