We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist, who will join our customer support team.

What you will do
  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries (chat, email, and voice)
  • Maintain positive and lasting relationships with customers by understanding and resolving their issues
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience by addressing any critical issues in a timely manner
  • Identify and report issues to internal teams for quick resolutions
  • Actively collaborate to improve customer care processes and contribute to the development of the knowledge base
  • Monitor key service cases and prepare reports to improve service
What you need to succeed

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer care, preferably in banking or finance
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude

  • Good knowledge of English (professional level)
