Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information on products and services
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Follow company policies and procedures
Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00
Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
Rotational shifts within these hours
Monthly gross Salary:€1,900/month
