Are you a CSA Construction Manager looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Milan on an initial 12-Month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest CSA Construction manager. Responsibilities :

• Responsible for CSA delivery, Site Management, and quality in line with customer and company expectations
• Manage CSA sub-contractors, mainly being the Civils element on new building. Clear understanding of pre fab and concrete works.
• Co-ordinate the works of the site team including sub-contractors / trades and external supply chain
• Implement and maintain quality assurance methods / standards to assure delivery of projects
• Implement and maintain Health and Safety procedures from pre-start to project completion to ensure full compliance with all company HSQE standards, policies, processes, ISO accreditations and legislative requirements
• Ensure all programmes, plans, method statements and risk assessments are robust, up to date, understood and implemented.

Requirements :

• Data centre experience is not essential as this is the civil and foundation element so experience of Civil, through to Shell and Core is definitely needed
• Logistics experience is also ideal, deliveries of aggregates and materials, ensuring access to site etc
• Understanding of Piling and been onsite before managing this aspect
