Main responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the BizOps team and support CRM operations (HubSpot)
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and requests in the CRM
  • Provide recommendations to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM
  • Build and analyze CRM reports
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to CRM activities
  • Assist with data migration and integrations for projects
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns
  • Support the setting and analysis of internal alerts to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with Revenue, Portfolio, and Product teams to manage workflows
  • Assist in creating landing pages, forms, emails, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Continuously improve current practices across the business
  • Understand Lead Lifecycle, Lead Scoring, and automation processes
  • Generate internal reports and operational metrics

Who we are looking for :

  • Practical experience with HubSpot
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
