Your tasks

• Property management of a portion of DHL’s building portfolio
• Manage main legal deadlines (e.g., fire prevention certificates) and coordinate stakeholders for renewals
• Monitor lease expiry dates and develop strategies with colleagues
• Provide real‑estate scenarios, analysis and construction expertise to support the real‑estate strategy
• Maintain relationships with landlords
• Engage with stakeholders such as investors, municipalities, and authorities
• Support preparation of Business Cases (BCA) for project approval
• Track project progress, report to stakeholders, and propose alternatives or risk mitigations when needed
• Leverage global DHL guidelines to ensure standardized projects
• Monitor cost and time performance
• Prepare reporting and update internal tools

Your profile

• Certificate of maturity as a surveyor (or equivalent)
• Curiosity about green topics (photovoltaic systems, smart meters, LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, etc.)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
• Good command of English

Additional skills that would be an advantage

• Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and influencing abilities
• Willingness to travel
