Important multinational pharma company is looking for a Country Revenue Growth Manager for its headquarters in Rome.

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Country Pricing & Revenue Growth (RGM) Manager will drive profitable growth for the organization. They will ensure RGM is a key company asset, helping to optimize profitability and enable teams to reinvest in brand and customer building initiatives.

The RGM Manager is responsible for Italy, working to integrate RGM into broader company practices. This position reports to the Cluster Europe RGM and collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, and Strategy teams to facilitate data-driven decision making and strategy development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Deliver Business Goals & RGM Strategy for the Country:
    • Achieve local annual, quarterly, and monthly business cycle targets.
    • Lead RGM planning with contribution to long-range planning, sales, and margin expansion.
    • Represent in quarterly RGM performance reviews with FP&A.
  2. Develop Leading RGM Principles:
    • Guide the 5 RGM Lever Strategy across Italy.
    • Conduct portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price realization gaps, and ensure price pack execution.
    • Optimize channel and customer pack mix for profitable growth.
    • Utilize tools and methodologies for in-depth analysis and scenario planning.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer, and Finance teams to ensure strategy alignment.
  3. Win in Executional Excellence:
    • Lead RGM project execution and delivery.
    • Evaluate promotional strategies for alignment with brand objectives and ROI.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships.
    • Track revenue KPIs and price strategies, including monitoring competitor pricing and price floors.
  4. Build Capability & Enable Success:
    • Enhance RGM reporting and automation.
    • Support teams with regular reporting on volume, trade spend, and promotions.
    • Participate actively in the RGM community.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
  • Deep understanding of RGM levers and analytical tools like Power BI.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 7+ years in RGM, promotions management, or related roles within FMCG, Consumer Health, or Retail sectors.
  • Experience in sales, consulting, or delivery roles related to RGM.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
