As a Controller for the Agro Business division, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our agricultural value chain by ensuring accurate reporting, providing insightful analysis, and continuous improvement across our Agro operations.

YOUR TASKS

• Operational Controlling:
  • Oversee key controlling processes in milk powder production
  • Plan, forecast, report for agricultural operations and analyze costs, margins, profitability, and sustainability
  • Collaborate with Agro Division decision makers
• Strategic Controlling:
  • Prepare and evaluate business cases for new projects, investments, and partnerships, while supporting the development of the Agro strategy
• Business Partnership:
  • Support agricultural experts and Agro Business Management
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations and promote a controlling culture
• Controlling Excellence:
  • Enhance controlling tools and methods
  • Promote continuous improvement for operational and financial performance

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Experience in Controlling (at least 2-3 years), ideally in agriculture, food, or production sectors
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Ability to apply pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking to complex controlling challenges
• Capability to think critically, question assumptions, and explore the “why” behind data and decisions
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with Excel, SAP ERP and BI tools is a plus
• Fluent in German, very good knowledge of Italian and English
