Continuous Improvement/TPM Specialist-Mira (VE) – Join Reckitt to lead plant‑wide TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About The Role

Collaborate with all business functions, especially Manufacturing, Planning & Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance, to implement and develop total productive maintenance (TPM) strategies. Your primary goal is to improve plant operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize productivity using TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Centerlining, SMED, line‑loss analysis, and problem‑solving.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and develop the TPM program across the plant, collaborating with production and maintenance teams.
  • Analyze plant performance, monitoring key indicators such as OEE, MTTR, and MTBF.
  • Support the introduction of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and inefficiencies in production processes.
  • Promote a culture of autonomous maintenance, engaging operators in daily equipment management.
  • Organize and conduct training for staff on preventive, autonomous, and predictive maintenance best practices.
  • Collaborate with maintenance to define preventive maintenance plans and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Use anomaly analysis tools and problem‑solving techniques such as FMEA, 5 Whys, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Participate in digitalization projects for maintenance and production, supporting the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies such as MES.
Experience We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, continuous improvement, or plant operations management.
  • In-depth knowledge of TPM and its core pillars (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, with a track record of applying waste‑reduction methodologies.
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to use tools for performance monitoring (OEE, maintenance KPIs).
  • Strong teamwork skills, involving operators and technicians in continuous improvement culture.
  • Excellent command of English.
