A major industrial machinery manufacturer in Rome is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to enhance the ATS Business Model adoption within the organization. You will lead the development and implementation of improvement initiatives, provide necessary training, and work closely with leadership to achieve strategic objectives. Ideal candidates should possess an engineering degree or equivalent experience, along with at least three years in a Lean-driven manufacturing context, and have strong communication and leadership skills. Fluency in English and Italian is essential.

Responsibilities

• We are currently looking for a resource to be included in the ABM (ATS Business Model) Continuous Improvement team of Comecer Group. The ABM Deployment Specialist will promote and facilitate the successful deployment of the ATS Business Model within Comecer Group and build the capabilities to achieve the Current (Annual Operating Plan) and Future Challenges (Strategy & Goal Deployment).
• Driving ABM culture and building ABM excellence within the organization
• Drive ever‑improving results by leveraging ATS Business Model (ABM) tools, consulting skills, and change management process
• Assist leadership in the development and execution of the ABM roadmap of the organization
• Directly provide formal and informal ABM training and coaching
• Ensure productive problem solving and kaizen events
• Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, providing expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them
• Promote and facilitate associate development in various ABM tools, transactional improvements, and kaizen leadership
• Benchmark and incorporate best practices within Comecer Group and ATS
• Assist in establishing and achieving the Goal Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives related to the organization

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent work experience is required, specializing in lean production is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a managerial point of view

Knowledge of lean tools

• Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to all levels of the organization
