A prominent manufacturing firm is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join their team in Castel Bolognese. This role is crucial for fostering the ABM culture and facilitating successful deployment of the ATS Business Model. The ideal candidate will possess an Engineering degree and have at least 3 years of experience in a Lean-driven manufacturing environment. Knowledge of lean tools and excellent communication skills are essential to promote training and support problem-solving initiatives.

Competenze

• Fluency in English and Italian languages is required.

Responsibility

We are currently looking for a resource to be included in the ABM (ATS Business Model) Continuous Improvement team of Comecer Group in the role of Continuous Improvement Specialist. The ABM Deployment Specialist will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful deployment of the ATS Business Model (ABM) within Comecer Group and for building the capabilities to achieve Current (Annual Operating Plan) Future (Strategy & Goal Deployment).

Tasks

• Driving ABM culture and building ABM excellence within the organization
• Drive ever-improving results by leveraging ATS Business Model (ABM) tools, consulting skills, and change management process
• Assist leadership in the development and execution of the ABM roadmap of the organization
• Directly provide formal and informal ABM training and coaching
• Ensure productive problem solving and kaizen events
• Promote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them
• Promote and facilitate associate development in various ABM tools, transactional improvements, and kaizen leadership
• Benchmark and incorporate best practices within Comecer Group and ATS
• Assist in establishing and achieving the Goal Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives related to the organization

Qualifications

An Engineering degree or equivalent work experience is required, specializing in lean production is preferred

Technical Skills

• Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a managerial point of view
• Knowledge of lean tools
• Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.)

• Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a managerial point of view
