Compliance Engineer will collaborate with multi-functional senior Engineers, Product Management, Quality department and Test & Validation contributing to all phases of development and delivery with:

  • his knowledge of mandatory and voluntary certification schemes
  • planning and completing the certification process
  • suggesting product features to reach the required certifications
  • interfacing local and international certification bodies
  • supervising the testing progress and periodical audit

This engineering job is focused on supporting the engineering team and the Company in the certification process both for mechanical and electronic requirements.
A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, mechatronics) is required or a related background/experience and a wide general technical culture to be able to work with electronic and mechanical standard with an interfunctional approach.

The candidate must be flexible, curious and must appreciate to be involved in different tasks.

Duties and responsibilities
  • To plan and follow up the certification process of security & safety products, mechanical and electronical.Test report preparation;
  • To work in team to support new product development and sustaining of existing products
  • To manage the information flow with international certification bodies
  • To Develop engineering specifications for product development engineering by translating International Standard into technical specifications
  • To follow up the periodical updates of International standards and Regulations
  • To participate to international working groups for standard development (mechanical or electronics)
  • Knoledge of Quality System ISO9001 and possibly ISO17025
Qualifications
